Here's an unpopular opinion: I may be a therapist, but I don't like therapy. Unfortunately, I've seen too many people go through the therapy process and have little to show for it. Sitting for countless hours, talking in circles without any sort of plan. When it comes to THAT kind of therapy, I am decidedly not a fan.
However, there is another way. Therapy that is results-driven, time-sensitive, and effective. With short-term specific goals and EMDR, we get to the root of the problem — and many clients experience relief after just one session.
I'm direct, compassionate, and I will challenge you. But I'll also give you everything I have to help you create the life you deserve.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR doesn't require you to endlessly revisit painful memories. Instead, it uses bilateral stimulation — back-and-forth eye movements, audio, or taps — to activate both sides of the brain and help it do what it's naturally designed to do: heal.
Most clients notice a significant shift within just a few sessions. Some feel relief after one. It's not magic — it's neuroscience.
